3 Keys to Transformation

 

There is not one single formula to change because everyone is different. Your experiences make you unique and the process of your transformation is something that you create yourself. Choosing to be transformed is a creative endeavor and every day is an opportunity to practice it.  The change may start first in the physical aspect of the self. Change may start with the emotional components first or it may start with the mind.  There is a fascinating interplay of all these parts.  They are dynamic.  Whichever modality you choose first, the self can evolve once you decide to transform and take action.  You have to start somewhere. Here are three basic key beliefs that will facilitate transformation. 

  1. I am Love.
  2. I am part of a Whole
  3. I only have Now.

If people put in to heart these three concepts, then they can begin to make changes and stay at it. Why use these three key concepts? 

I am Love

If you believe that you are love or a spiritual being then you see yourself as unlimited, expansive and eternal.  You no longer serve the ego, and is no longer affected by what other people say or do.  You gain strength and power because you live in your truth. You work on your potential.  You are open to life and keep on learning.   You have found your purpose and that is to bring about love in everything that you do.

I am part of a Whole

If you know that you are interconnected with everyone, you do not harm another and only do things that is good for the whole.  You are engaged and not feel separated.  You are fully connected with others and therefore, practice compassion. There is no longer an I versus you or they mentality.  There will be a we mentality. 

I only have Now

If you know that you only have now, you do not waste your day and instead, work on the things that matter to you in life.  You know that your physical self will not live forever and you may die any minute.  This makes you think about your mortality.  Hence, you live your life to the fullest every day.  You forgive those who have hurt you.  You do not worry about the future and trust that everything is happening as they should.  You let go of the past. 

These 3 key concepts are very powerful.   When thought about daily, they will influence the way you approach your activities and how you deal with others.  Your life will become a point of their expression.
