In life, we meet all sorts of people. We meet them all to help us grow. We meet these people for a reason and whether the experience we had with them was positive or negative, we can be assured that it is exactly what we needed for our souls to evolve. We just have to look.When the experience is positive, we can affirm in the goodness of life and the people in the world.
When it’s negative, we can look to places within ourselves, where we can grow and change. This is also the experience in which we are tested in our ability to forgive. We reach a place where we experience what other people go through that gives us the ability to empathize and give compassion.

Negative experiences can either harden or soften our hearts. Our hearts are softened when we listen to the voice of love. Our hearts are hardened when we listen to the voice of the ego. Love will forgive. Ego will seek vengeance.

There are those who are willing to grow and listen to love. There are those who are stuck in their ways and choose their ego. Ask people their philosophy in life. What is their perspective? Do they value growth and learning?Do they value truth?Are they open to see and be taught or are they self absorbed through their pride?

When you meet people who are working on their growth, be with those people. Learn from them and be encouraged. When you see people who are trapped in their ego and unwilling to come out, close the door, leave them behind and pray that they find the way to freedom.If we stay with them, we will be met with suffering because we associate with untruth which pollutes the purity of love. Ego is untruth.

Observe how people act and how they treat others.People who hide, disrespect others and don’t admit to their wrong are on a very low energy vibration. They follow the ego which tramples on the spirit. People who are open, compassionate and growth oriented live in a high vibration and they are the ones we need to be with. They follow love which gives them high energy.

Love gives us power and when we are filled we naturally give it away. There are those who will recognize love and accept it and there are those who will not understand and cannot receive it. This is where discernment come into play. We cannot waste our time to those unwilling to listen. This can be a hard truth, but realizing that everyone is not on the same level of understanding can save us energy.

When we know our truth and what we are like inside, we will no longer tolerate abusive and deceitful behaviors because these actions go against our nature.Trust in love that is working through you. It may be difficult to believe in something that we cannot see, but this is the truth of who we are. When we follow the truth, we will succeed and be set free.
