1.      Smile.

2.      Laugh more.

3.      Watch comedy shows.

4.      Learn from the carefree attitude of children.

5.      Expose yourself to different ideas.

6.       Forgive yourself when you make a mistake.

7.      Do good to others and volunteer to deal with guilt.

8.      Make someone happy, give compliments, thank people for their efforts, or give small tokens of appreciation.

9.      Go out into nature and connect with beauty.

10.     Listen to soothing music, classical or sounds with 432 frequencies that are known to be healing.

11.      Engage your sense of touch. Hug someone you love, hug a tree or pet your dog, or get a massage.

12.      Take a swim or a shower or stare at water. Walk along the beach and wet your toes.

13.      Think positive. Read quotations and inspirational books. My personal list.

14.      Meditate or pray. Connect with God or a Higher Power.

15.      Wish people well and send them good energy. Get involved in philanthropic undertakings.

16.      Let go of grudges and focus on the present.

17.      Accept your past completely and learn the lessons you needed to learn. Nothing is ever wasted.

18.      Write and unburden your worries on paper.

19.      Play a sport you enjoy.

20.      Connect and talk to loved ones.

21.      Do everything with love.

22.      When with people, ask yourself, “What can I give or how can I help?”    instead of,  “What can I get?”

23.    Feel a sense of connection with others by practicing empathy and compassion.

24.   Practice positive self-talk and end the habit of self-criticism.

25.   Go on adventures and face the unknown.
